Basically the quest involves someone boasting about the future plans of Corypheus, which includes the assassination and the demon army.

The Envy demon conjures up visions and future scenarios while he boasts about how he'll use your body and the Inquisition's power for evil and work with Cory.

Edit: there is a possibility I may have misremembered the exact details.

Cypher0020 and SpiritMuse are both correct: her assassination is mentioned during the "trapped in your mind fighting Envy" sequence, and afterwards you'll stumble upon a bust of Celene with a dagger plunged into it and Cole helpfully pointing out the obvious i.e. that the Elder One is really keen on seeing her dead.
