I think I almost open all of the chest I can find and grab everything. Now I just left one final quest, but I still haven't obtained any Masterwork armor schematic

Can you get masterwork schematics? I though this was only for weapons, for armour you add masterwork material and then have a % of being masterwork or not...

 

Anyway get the short list perk, with this perk merchants start selling rare schematics, the superior inquisitor hat for example.  Also check out the hissing waste merchant that shop sells the best gear in game and has a random "superior"  item for sale each time you visit.

you can buy them
