So, I sided with the Mages, did a bunch of stuff in the Hinterlands, some stuff in the Storm Coast, recruited everyone but Cole, and got my butt kicked in the Fallow Mire (did not complete the quests there because I kept dying at one of the rifts and the last beacon, so I left it for later).
My question is - once I get to Skyhold, can I go back to the Fallow Mire and complete the quests, or do I need to finish them prior to In Your Heart Shall Burn?

All maps remain open for the whole game, except for main plot-specific locations like Therinfal Redoubt or Redcliffe Castle. Haven also becomes inaccessible. Specifically, the Hinterlands, Fallow Mire and the Storm Coast remain open.

The open world zones will still be there, pretty much the same as you left them, when you get to Skyhold.
