So far I have come across two quest that will not work.  First is failed deliver it is a hinterlands quest.  where you have to find a box of supplies and bring them back.  I found the box but wont let interact with it.  

Second Quest is Red Jenny,  i found the three red leather pouches in the city but, there are no interation icons above them when i approach them.  Help would be appriacted

Use the search function - V if on the PC.

Have to use the search to make them active, they work fine - that's why your compass/minimap is flashing near them.
