A Wyvern would make a cool mount, but base don the ones from DA2 Mark of the Assassin.
Brontos would be cool to ride, too.

Giant Spider (unlocked by killing 100 spiders in game.)
Bronto (Unlocked by saving Segritt at haven - he needs a bronto to carry all his wares from Haven to Skyhold.)
Dragon (unlocked by finishing the game with Quizzy drinking form the well and, taming the dragon then, you get it in subsequent playthroughs.)
