The quest marker for The Final Piece is not appearing on my war table, after I completed What Pride Had Wrought. Do I need to unlock an area on the map for it to appear or...?

I think you need to go talk to Morrigan first before The Last Piece unlocks.

The quest is related to Morrigan (you have to look for her). It is not an operation.
