I'm still awaiting the earth shattering story consequences of saving that Halla or giving that beggar back their necklace. Any second now...
[edit] In all seriousness whether you crowned Bhelen or Harrowmont seems like something that could affect future DLC or games in interesting ways.

I think with the Keep most of the options are just them keeping their choices open as to what to include. I also distinctly remember them asking for what players wanted to see in future titles during beta, which given that the Keep is now going to serve as the major hub for all save games makes total sense. Frankly, what I want to see more than anything else is what happened with Kitty and also Feynriel. Kitty was part of DLC so she probably won't get much of a cameo, but I really want to see what happens if you let her possess the little girl and how it will affect a quest or two.

Lol, okay okay I'm sure most of the keep choices were for nostalgia purposes only

The begger will turn out to have summoned the pitchfork wielding demon (poor Sir Otto) and with the return of the necklace instead of scattered brained insane is now corpyheus level insane and is now secretly raising a army of demons in to take over Ferelden to take all the king's cheese.

I suspect a lot of it was also part of a diversionary tactic.
If the only questions they ask about DAII were Hawke's gender, class, romance, end choices... and who Corypheus ended up in at the end of Legacy, well, that's a huge, possibly spoiler-y hint about what to expect in Inquisition. If that's the only question that has weight, we now know what this game is going to be about.
But if the Keep asks a ton of questions, we have no way of knowing which details are going to carry plot weight and which aren't.

In the expansion, the Inquisitor is faced against an army of ancient talking darkspawn standing between her and the remains of the Grey Wardens and Hawke/Alistair/Loghain/Stroud, and suddenly an army of halla with the beggar riding the lead animal comes to the rescue, Fields of Pelennor style.

I'm curious to see what that point was in giving the Ostagar prisoner 6 options to himself.

Just as planned, how long can the king go without his cheese before he goes mad.
