I loved DAO, loathed DA2, and I think DAI is terrific.
I have a PC, want to buy Dragon Age Inquisition......worth it?

5. If you don't have a high spec gamming PC do not even consider playing this game on it
GTX 650 is high spec gaming PC? Because that runs decently on medium graphics.

That's not a guarantee that you'll enjoy or even like it, but the value is definitely there.

Yeah... too bad he doesn't mention the flaws.
Well Joe refers to AI as great. Either he was paid for the review or he didn't play the game more than 1 hour.

He talks about a few things in the second half of the video but otherwise praises the game into the high heavens.

Those things he talks about aren't the issues that are worth talking about in the review. Normally I like jestering like that, but being about DA: I makes me sick.
It's like making fun of cripples.

So DA:I is even shorter than DA2 ??? That's really bad but I guess all the side quests try to hide that fact, yes?
I just did "The Keep" for DAO and DA2. DA2 was correct but DAO had to be changed a lot.
What gets me, is I didn't even need to buy or play DAO and DA2 and only change some quest options and voila......import to DA:I........and no warden character and being able to give Morrigan a kiss, hug and have some "in our tent" time.......heh heh. All meant nothing......

I've been watching multiple PC game walkthroughs and DA:I just doesn't grab me......almost boring.........can't explain it more than that, but it has excellent eye candy and graphics though.

Actually DA: I can be played through in 5 hours tops, if you do only main quest line and least nesessary filler quests around. And those filler quests are rarely worth the time you spend on 'em.

You're on PC.
You can just purchase it through Origin and then return it if you don't like it.
The Origin Great Game Guarantee
You may return EA full game digital downloads (PC/Mac) purchased on Origin for a full refund within 24 hours after you first launch the game, within seven days from your date of purchase or within seven days from the game's release date if you pre-ordered, whichever comes first. This is in addition to your standard return or refund rights.

Campaign is ton of fun, just don't expect DA:Origins or ME2 quality here, you'll be (most probably) disappointed.
The multiplayer is broken currently due to bugs, so don't buy this game solely for mp, it may get fixed in a few months however, but don't get your hopes up.
I spent $40 for this and found it well worth the money.

Well, my first impressions (PC) after a few hours of play (still in Haven, talking to everyone and gathering resources):
Pros:
- Amazing graphics. They even work decently well on Ultra (minus DoF effects and AA) at 1024x768 with an old Phenom II 2,8 Ghz and a GTX 560 Ti.
- Nice soundtrack, too.
- Gameplay seems fun, if you can get used to controls. A nice hotkey mapping is almost mandatory btw.
- Interesting story. Not a fan of "you just began and you're automatically the freakin' hero", but we'll see how it develops.
- Tons of complexity regarding equipment and upgrades ![]()
Cons:
- PC controls. Just....why? ¬¬
- Attribute points tied to Talents?? Really, Bioware? DA2 wasn't enought casual-friendly or what?
- Some stuttering here and there, but mostly due to my old, now crappy PC. I fixed most of it by updating drivers and disabling DoF and Blur effects (which I hate anyway). Still, sometimes I get some annoying permanent FPS reduction when exiting menus that can only be fixed by closing and re-opening the game (it's a bug, since the FPS go back to normal while in the very same place where that happens by doing so).

Paying 60 bucks for a game in 2014, yeah no.

I paid € 69,-in preorder. Way to much for the unusefull extra content and too much for a controler game turned into a keyboard/mouse game. (Remember Final Fantasy
) Not sayng the game isn't fun but if i knew then what i know now i would have waited for the prices to go down.

On PC as of this moment it's worth it when it's on sale. Even then chances are you'll need the mods to make the game enjoyable.

I need pros and cons of this game........I'm itching to buy it, but only if its really good, thx.
Origins I love and completed 20+ times, DA2 I enjoyed but with a disappointment to some features, completed that about 5 times. Have not completed Inquisition, but here is what I've been told and have seen so far (I live with a bunch of geeks, so I've seen them play the game, and them yell at it in frustration)
Pros for me is environment, scope, exploration, character creater, story, voice acting and writing of NPCs/companions, music, sound, decisions and dragon battles!
Cons for me is mouse/keyboard controls in action cam, UI, HUD, combat in general, companion tactics, options and freedom in character build/playstyle (spells, ability points...)
I'll buy Inquisition if most of my cons are dealt with, if not I will wait for the next Bioware game, because I
Bioware.

You probably won't get reliable answers from a feedback forum ^^. Most people here will likely be here because they have issues, those that like it are probably happy playing it. It's best to watch Let's Plays, or buy it, try it, return it. For example, the largest thread on Dragon Age Inq is people posting their Inquisitors, people who haven't ever appeared (as far as I've seen) in 'complain threads' on the feedback forum.
For me, I love the game. It ranks joint first with Red Dead Redemption in my top 5 list, with Origins being bumped down to second. I'm a PC player.

VOICE ACTING? You can't be ****** serious, DA: I has no voice acting.
THIS is what is called voice acting:

If you like both Mass Effect and DA:O and don't mind the "Mass Effectification" of the latter it's a fine game. I was positively surprised by it.
And PC is still the best gaming platform, even if the controls on this one aren't ideal.
