I turned the mosaic locations into videos.  So here are videos for all of the mosaic collection pieces for The Fall, The Archdemon, Sacrifice, Freed Are Slaves, and Invasion in Dragon Age Inquisition.  Thought this might make tracking them down easier.  There are also links below each section that will help you track down your missing pieces.

Thanks for this. I guess I can stop looking for the last piece in the hinterlands for now, although I'll doublecheck to make sure I got the others and didn't happen upon it unawares, lol

Someone posted a solution to get to that piece at the wolf den. I haven't try it yet.

I see 10 seemingly relevant screenshots on bypassing the invisible walls to get up above the wolf den and one idiotic one a the end but I don't see a mosaic piece in any of them...  let me know if you find it up there.  Looks like a wild goose chase to me.  There have been a number of people that have been all over up there and none have been able to find it.  Can you shoot me a message with where you found the link?  I would like to run it past 7 or 8 people that have been diligently trying to track this down over there.

Well, I'm not currently at my computer, but I suppose I'll test out the wolf den thing tomorrow and hope it's not just a huge waste of my time. Not that it seems to matter if I have all the pieces to a particular mosaic. Archdemon was complete on my last playthrough, but it still showed one piece missing on the wall... :(

Well I landed on the other side.

But I couldn't get past the invisible wall below. My mount refuses to materialise.

I went up north. They created a complete area around there.

Here I'm opposite that broken bridge and gate at Redcliffe.

I'm not sure which castle is this. It's just north of Redcliffe.

Well, I finally managed to get past the invisible wall, but I don't see the mosaic piece anywhere. I'll keep looking.

EDIT: Pretty sure this guy is a troll. I explored the entire top of the wolf den and didn't find any sign of the mosaic piece. Seems to be missing entirely, as we suspected.

Well, that guy did point the way in but not how to get the merged mosiac out of the wall.  Guess we can only hope Bioware will unglue it in future patches.

I had fun wandering around up north anyways. ;)

In any case, I'm not going to bother wasting time trying to get the glitched piece in the farms, either. No real point since I can't complete the mosaic, anyway. That jump is a royal pain to make.

These have been the most difficult thing for me to find. I have yet to complete one.

I've only been able to finish the Hissing Wastes one - and I think that was because I was following the guide step-by-step to get the quest in the Wastes done.  To be honest, it'd be nice if you could have markers (even though it'd spam the map).

I was going to get the pieces - just for making Skyhold prettier...but it seems pointless if The Fall is bugged.

Well luckily the Fall is one that is displayed up where Vivienne is so if you want to brighten up the main hall the other ones will help with that without there being a glaring one hanging out with one piece missing...

Thanks for doing these vids, the hinterlands especially. You saved me from some gamer rage.

I also was able to get up on the Wolf Den via that photo link, but could not get my mount to materialize in order to glitch into that castle/dungeon location.

Here's hoping Bioware fixes this soon.

Well Patch 3 (for the PC) has now come and gone.  Still no fix for The Fall Part 12...

Noooooo....  I got the game patched now, have yet to read patch notes. Didn't see any annoucements?

P.S. Found it. Small patch. I didn't even know there're influence and gold exploits.  Neither of which matter, really. Just how many things can I buy in game anyway and I don't play the MP. I'd rather play ME3 MP. ;)

Sorry, I always forget that they stagger these patch releases across platforms. What I should have said was, "the PC release of Patch 3".

It was released today.

You can read the patch notes here.

My bad.

Pfft, as if I'd play on anything other than PC. :P

Thanks for the link. I've been at work all day.

LoL.  Well it was good you said something none-the-less because I'm sure someone would have asked the same question, but for the reason I actually thought you meant.

What irks me the most though, is that Bioware hasn't said one way or another about this so called "irretrievable" mosaic piece.

Has anybody actually found it?

Does anyone have screenshots of what the completed mosaics look like? I'd like to see how they look before I bother finding all the pieces, y'know...

Well, The Fall can't currently be completed, and Archdemon shows up as missing a piece on the wall even with all pieces collected (at least for some people)... So you might as well not bother unless you want the XP/codex entries.

I managed to do the mount trick for Unadin's Grotto and got the mosiac without breaking into the graves. However, since I don't have the key, I couldn't get out so I repeated the mount trick. Luckily, the mount can be summoned inside the tomb.
