Not sure if this is the correct thread, the other threads didn't really seem appropraite.

 

Is the loot a player recieves from lootable chests fixed or does player level influence the loot found?

Loot is RNG. Your level doesn't impact the level of items spawned. But the RNG varies the type of items (incl. schematics).

Chests with unique items are fixed. Everything other chest is RNG equipment/schematic, bags/sacks are RNG resources. Item levels are fixed to whatever level the map is.
