I feel like there has been a lot of threads made of late that are basically asking for it. Or at the very least set themselves up to go off topic really quick. 

 

But I concur. And I will admit I'm part of the derailment problem. So I will help get this thread back OT at least.

 

This is a snapshot of The Edge. It was from U2's 360 Tour in St. Louis 2011. Me and my uncle drove 6 hours up waited in line for 9, stood in the inner ring 2 rows from being right in front of the stage. Stood for 3 1/2 during the concert and drove the 6 hours back home. It was awesome!

 

 

Quality isn't good cause I took it with a flip phone lol.

I happen to like what we're doing in those threads. Talking about Kendrick Lamar's prodigious lyrical ability and making fun of Dame Dash's Sway/Breakfast Club inteviews is my definition of a good time.

My god I love tom and jerry. The humor in the cartoons, not too pronounced, not waiting for an obvious punchline. They are barely speaking but every idea is communicate so well. I love tom and jerry.'

 

 

The above is also my favorite episode.

My favorite episode was one where they were in Spain and Jerry and Tom were matadors. I'd find it but I don't want to. So just imagine it in your head.

I know it! I used to watch tom and jerry religiously back in Zambia. It was the only access to cartoons I had(Couldn't afford cable)

 

I remember when my dad's friend brought me forghorn leghorn on a bootleg cassette tape.

 

I didn't understand his similes by then but I was watching them back and I i laughed so much.

 

I never watched much Foghorn, but I did like Yosemite Sam quite a bit.

Loved him! The variety in these characters, everyone had their own personality and goal.

 

I loved daffy too.

I like comedy these days, I find that the problem is that the humor has to be so pronounced. It is like a guy is walking around with a sign that says "THE JOKE IS FUNNY BECAUSE SHE IS FAT." Also I find that people are relying on cheap dirty jokes when some of the shows back then would be able to do humor in a very tasteful manner. I have no problem with dirty jokes, I just have a problem when it is the only thing you can do. It gets old fast

Going off topic here and there is fine for me, but lately it seems like a bunch of gibberish (not all of it mind you). I dunno I'm just feeling very cynical today. Things are just not going well atm.
