Oh God the midway point SUCKS when you go from short hair to long hair. I remember those days. I just had to let my hair sit there and do nothing with it until I could manipulate it again. It blows, hahaha
It's gonna be a minute before I can put it up again. It's also in that bad point where when you wake up, your hair is all over the damn place. When it was shorter and I'd wake up, all I had to do was run my hand through it 2 - 3 times and call it done lol.

Mine's at about the middle of my shoulder-blades, but I always keep it tied back. It doesn't look like it because of my habit of doing a Sera and trimming the fringe with the kitchen scissors when it starts to annoy me. And, as recently happened, setting fire to it because I'm careless and "lol fire".

I work as an RnD technician for a medical device company, so I think it's more to keep as much crap off the devices as possible since I work in a clean room quite a bit.
