Can't really remember the name of the city were I stayed at tbh, I know it was roughly a 2 hour drive south of Helsinki. It was in April of 2013 so I missed out on building snow hos. But even in April it was cold as f*** for me since I'm from so far far south in the US. Finland didn't even check my passport or anything. They were just like COME ON IN, WE DGAF.

 

Could be practically anywhere in the southern part of Finland. You can get into my hometown in the west coast in two hours from Helsinki, but I would guess you were somewhere in the southern coast Tammisaari / Hanko area. Spring is a shitty time to come here if you ask me, our friend from Ohio came here in early march and the weather was horrible. Not to mention everything is closed. Summer time though (if you are lucky), you can get +30C and the midnight sun in the same package.
