Huh? Do you work in Aladdin Mobile Market?!

And If I hadn't seen your other photo I would say "What are you? A werewolf with long hair?"!

Hah, I didn't work there. Just happened to ask my stepbrother to take a photo of the hair. :P

And yeah, I might as well be a werewolf with long hair, hahaha.

One day a lady's gonna wake up next to me realizing she fell in love with the heir apparent to the lycan empire

It's Team Prince... an alternative werewolf team! I guessed so.

Be careful, both Team Edward and Team Jacob are more popular than your team!

Finally.

This is probably the longest my hair has ever been.

Spoiler

Since we're on the topic of hair, any of you guys ever dyed yours? I have only twice. Went red for a bit then copper, but that's it.

Also, my responses will be slow. Multitasking while playing Age of Empires II HD.

Diggin it. 10/10 Smokin'

As for dyeing hair, not once I started growing it long. Back when my hair was actually short, I dyed it electric blue temporarily once just to be stupid, hahaha.

I don't bother with hair dye as I dig my natural hair color. Can't go wrong with a natural black, brown, and red.

I've tried several shades of red but always went back to blond after redoing the roots maybe once. The upkeep is a pain and the contrast made it look like my real color was grey instead of blond. I wanted to try brunette once as well but the ladies in the shop looked like this  when I asked and warned it could turn green instead unless I had it done professionally. :P Too much trouble that, and now my hair is way too long to experiment with dye. I'd need three packages by now.

I work as an RnD technician for a medical device company, so I think it's more to keep as much crap off the devices as possible since I work in a clean room quite a bit.

Well I guess that makes sense, then.

Rakia, nice pic!  You do look like your avi.

Edit: You too silvermoondragon.  I dig the bangs!

I've been dying mine regularly since I was 19. I got pretty blonde for a while in the mid 2000s.  Now, I dye it a shade or two darker than than it really is. It fades out to my natural color, just a richer shinier version of my natural hair color.  And a few highlights up front.  I got purple streaks last year, when I still had the bob.  I loved them, but my husband hated it.  Still does.  So it's unlikely they'll ever come back.

I'm open to suggestions.  I need to do color next time I get my hair cut (which is pretty soon), and I don't know what I want to do with it.

HOLY HELL I HAD A FEELING YOU WERE SILVERMOONDRAGON. IT'S BEEN A WHILE EMS.

I would eat your eyes.

3 packages? Jesus christ bananas. I've only ever had to use 1 or 1 and a half packages lol. I've done red twice before and I liked it because it look good with the contrast of my green eyes. But like you, it also faded into this weird brownish reddish color.

Then I dyed it again when I first chopped my hair off. It was.. it was this horrible too dark of a red. So then I had to use hair color stripper and it turned into this copper color so I stuck with that and it's finally starting to return to my original blonde.

Maybe a subtle red. I dunno, I just love ladies with short red hair. Red heads are like a splash of strawberry jam in a nice cool glass of milk.

I had highlights in mine back in like...6th grade.

I don't wear makeup anyways, seems like too much work and I don't want to learn how to put it on.

Setting fire to it? wtf.

Yeah, I was setting fire to the filing and got a bit carried away: the flames caught my hair, which was nicely covered with flammable hairspray. Nothing too serious, just a bit smelly and leaving me covered in crumbly hair fibres, and I now have a slight gap.

Since we're on the topic of hair, any of you guys ever dyed yours? I have only twice. Went red for a bit then copper, but that's it.

Yeah, I dye mine regularly since I'm "of a certain age" where the greys are starting to become noticeable. My natural colour is a sort of "sludge brown"; I was dark brown when I took the photo for my avatar, but my preferred colour is a sort of random auburn/copper/whatevs. I generally use dyes with tds rather than ppd as the latter can eventually become toxic, apparently. And I dye my hair in the garden with a bucket, which is fun in winter, but still better than dying the bathroom carpet.

Wait?  Really?  Is this Starbucks new thing after causing an uproar over employees wearing rings?
I'm not allowed to fragrances, or certain kinds of shoes, and a few other things, but makeup is a new one.

Another forumite mentioned not being allowed facial piercing too, which I would find annoying. I only have the one, but y'know. And a restriction regarding shoes would also probably be quite painful: I'd never be able to live in trainers, for instance.

For the sake of the thread, I decided to pull out a hairstyle I haven't used in years, the Geralt of Rivia

Years ago when I was a lot younger, I dyed my hair black using "temporary" hair dye for Hallowe'en, when I went to a party as Eric Draven (of The Crow.) The costume went really well (I have a picture, but I'd have to scan it.)

My mother was not a fan, and to say that "it upset her" would be a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge understatement. In her defense, the term "temporary black hair dye" is a complete misnomer, as there is nothing temporary about it. It was supposed to wash out after a few showers - it did not. I had black hair for most of a year until it grew out enough for me to cut all the black off. My hair has been several shades darker than it was before I did that ever since.

Edit: I also went bleach-blonde as a teenager for a little while... it looked ridiculous. I won't be scanning those pictures. Ever.

That's actually a racist stereotype. Lobster people prefer to use water-based lubricants, both for the lubrication, and because the water in the lube helps to alleviate the feeling of homesickness for when we aren't in the ocean.

Also, lobsters actually have hands. The claws are just our version of baseball gloves. You never see us without the claws on though, since we're literally born and raised on baseball.
