A few squeamish people weren't all too happy about it but I promised to be careful and I was. But it was pretty much a non issue, people usually tend not to infiltrate my personal space - especially when I'm masked, splattered with blood while wielding an axe. 

 

At the party (re-post), with all the blood, a better fitting axe and the straps replaced with leather:

 

 

My next Halloween costume ideas are either going as Mad Max Road Warrior Humungus or Pyramid head. For the latter I'd have to ask a friend of mine -who knows how to weld- to make me the metal headgear. I'd be super uncomfortable and hard to do that costume, that's why I want to do it.
