If you have to ask, then that would mean not enough. A true sociopath would deliberately conceal any indicator they aren't fully functional or free of issues in any way.

I always thought the terms were interchangeable, with sociopath being the preferred version at present.
Great movie though, so I support it.

Sociopaths and Psychopaths, while similar in areas, are different. I would explain, but my lack of full knowledge would be a crux. I imagine Moderately Paced James could explain better.
