When indecisive go to the restaurant. Your subconscious mind is trying to tell you something.

Yeah, keep telling yourself it's the carbs in the rice that made you fat.

Once I ate shark sushi. One of the best things I've ever eaten.

By reputation, the best sushi available anywhere in the world is at Sukiyabashi Jiro in Tokyo, Japan. Here's Anthony Bourdain visiting the place. I've never been there of course, but I would definitely go there if I had the opportunity (and the money).
BTW, I had always assumed that the Michelin Star rating system for restaurants had nothing to do with the tire company, but in fact it does. It started out as a guide for French motorists describing places you could go to eat while getting your car worked on. Today it's the leading guide for snooty establishments around the world.

BSN's ol Stanley Woo recommended we watch Jiro Dreams of Sushi. I did and it gave me a serious respect and appreciation for Jiro. As a sushi lover, I dream of visiting Jiro's some day, or the establishment of his sons. I gotta be realistic. ![]()

People who hate on sushi are probably the same people who have their steaks killed twice as "well done"(I always found that to be a satirical name) because they can't tell the difference between blood and myoglobin.
