I'm actually curious though Bunz, whats your caloric intake per day? On top of that, carbs and proteins in grams?
Protein about 1 gram per lb bodyweight.
Carbs depends on how I'm looking but what I've found out is if it was the end of the world and you couldn't make it, don't eat it. Go for wholesome carbs; beans; beets; sweet potatoe, brown rice. Less carbs if gaining body fat.
Fat about 50grams.
Add those up 2850 cals.
But everything is adjusted based on how I look in the mirror and how my body feels. If I'm sore 2 days after a workout, I'll add more protein. If I feel weak in gym and no energy throughout day, more carbs. Fats I don't really adjust much.
