Making spare ribs tomorrow. I was suppose to make them tonight, but I ended up sleeping until 10:15pm and well..
Anyway, I sliced two pieces off for two reasons.
One, they're guinea pigs for the rest of the rack.
Two, well, I'm hungry.
I seasoned the two with meat tenderizer, garlic, pepper and paprika, then seared it on both sides in a skillet. Now they're in the oven, roasting away. =I

Autumn is my favorite time of the year, colorful leaves, nice temperatures, perfect night/day length....and as a hobby photographer its also the time of year I make the best photos. My anticipation for autumn makes summer less painful. ![]()

I get a little sad when thermometer dips below 80.
It's been a hot summer, but I still prefer it.

One day I will leave BSN. Unlike the losers, I will never return and you can trust my word on that.
I will be free of this toxic wasteland. I will escape. One day, someday...

I haven't experienced spring in a long time, the last couple of years there was nothing between winter and summer. Nowadays winter suddenly comes to screeching halt, all the snow melts in a day or two and only two weeks later its hot enough to go to the public swimming pool.
I'm already old enough to notice that there is something going on with the weather, back when I was a kid winter, spring and summer were totally different. Winters were colder, spring actually existed, summers were shorter and temperatures very rarely rose above 30 Celsius. Now entire weeks hotter than 37 Celsius is nothing out of the ordinary. And we're talking about 15-20 years ago.
All that weather change kind of started started about 12 years ago.

We up here in the north are waiting for that heat to come to visit. No such luck yet.

I like Spring quite a lot, but Spring does not like me. I am allergic to an amazing variety of pollens.

Heat is overrated, whenever I visit Iceland I wish I could stay there, the weather is just about perfect all year round.
