Those guidelines are bogus. Have you read them? I get temp banned sometimes and there is no way I violated terms.

As always with laws, some parts are left pretty open for interpretation so you can always find a reason to ban someone if you really want to. 

 

But in your case you were probably banned by someone suffering from muscle envy. Or maybe it was a gym hater.

Pfft, please. I thought about diving into the Shelter on OGBSN and finding a picture, but I just wasn't Commander RPG enough to be that dedicated to exposing someone.

45 hour weeks? Weak all of you, try a 50+ week.

Work in the city, work for a firm of chartered accountants. Now look into my eyes, I'm quite dead inside.

Plus you get the enjoyment of your boss being an incompetent ******, won't be more than a year or two before I can do his job. While the senior manager is out of her depth and goes crying to HR that I'm too aggressive when challenged.

The accounts I can handle, the tax issues I can handle, he'll I've audited various companies. Incompetence and laziness I can't tolerate.

My company is a combination of former lawyers, accountants and pharmacists.

Working long hours is so ingrained in the culture it's not even funny.
