The most I've done is 6. I did some before I recorded that video (and had a few beers), so at that point it was like **** it, just do enough to show.

I guess your height is 167 cm, right?

Back in my first Uni I was upset why they didn't include pull-ups in Athletic exam.  <_<

I could easily do 10 times in one go and I wasn't very strong back then.

Now I can do it many times, but because my palms go on fire if I do it more than 13 times, I don't do it! My record were possibly 16 in two goes.

And... my expertise is Push-ups! I can perform it up to 75-80 times in one go in my very good days. B)

Love the motivation LP!

Music keeps ya going. Always play music when working out. Keeps you focused and in the zone.

Speaking of which, I gotta get these damned arms bigger. Gotta work on my triceps and biceps;definition's all well and good but some more size doesn't hurt. That and I'm on a quest to get a bigger chest. Dumbbell bench presses+flyes. I need a bloody decline bench but I'm currently cheating with a bench that doesn't really allow for it. I'm all awkward as hell on it. lol

Lower pecs pls just decide to get bigger on your own, goddamn

I don't do push ups anymore. They bore the hell out of me. I just hate doing them because I'm like, "Man, could these PLEASE be more interesting?"

I've done decline pushups too to increase difficulty and keep things fresh but I still get bored. I should probably get back on them though.

I don't even do Hindu pushups anymore, and those are actually fun to do. Compound exercise as FUUUUH

English Language... can't get used to it when there is no "the" in our language. In English unlike most Indo-European languages only it/he/she get the 's' after verbs or can you English people just don't use it at all! Plus it's mixed with plural 's'!

Calf & abs are notoriously difficult to bulk up

I don't do weighted crunches but the internet says that works for bulking the core. lol

I'm actually starting to do vacuums. You know, breathing out all the air in your lungs, sucking in your core to bring your belly button as close to your spine as possible, and holding it in until you need to take a breath. Supposedly this supports the muscles behind your abs which never really get worked out enough and its supposed to help in turn with form and keeping a strong core.

Its how Arnie supposedly had his core from back in the day. Dude's core was crazy compared to his upper half.

No thanks. I think, I need my Oxygen when I'm doing my exercises!

lol, same. But vacuums aren't hard. They're not something you'd do a ton of anyway(as far as I know). I haven't. I just throw them in between other stuff. Long as you have energy for workouts from natural sugars(think fruits) and stay hydrated, it shouldn't be a problem.

I've been doing calf raises but I can just tell they're a bit ineffective on the leg I need to do them for (my right leg is skinnier them my left). My right foot is messed up so I can't get the stretch I need for my calf muscles in that leg to really feel the burn. Trying to get to the gym to see if some weighted seated calf raises will help get my leg bigger.

Spastic diplegia. When I try to do them my legs start to shake a bit making it a bit of a struggle to work em. Overcome the obstacles regardless.

Speaking of different size calves, my left is behind my right. I'm working on trying to even them out.

Leg gym works? don't need 'em!

I'm fine with jumping in x/y/z directions or combination of them (very useful), and being a sharp walker who dodges people professionally on crowded streets!

I believe CP is the condition I have. How'd you know that? Get out of my head! I was fortunate enough that it didn't cripple me though. I've seen some terrible cases. I just can't stretch my right ankle that good, even after some serious corrective surgery.  Makes working my right leg a bigger chore than it should be is all.

Because I have it. Must've been from when I was born. Simultaneously poisoned(doctors doing their things to help the birthing process) and nearly being choked to death(umbilical cord) doesn't help. We're two of a kind bro. I'm not crippled either, its really just the spastic diplegia that I have. Otherwise I'm unaffected, not counting that stretching is a pain in the ass.

Heh, two peas in a pod we are. Never thought I'd meet someone like me. *Brofist* for surviving a terrible birthing incident, almost choking to death.

This tbh. Exactly what helped me, I use free weights a good bit. I do deadlifts occasionally but not as often as you.

Keep doing dead lifts, there is a reason the dead lift is called the king of all exercises. (I like to call it the queen of all exercises though because a heavy barbell on the floor is a real b!tch to lift :D)
Oh, and if you want an alternative to dead lifts, do goblet squats, fantastic exercise.

What got you into body building btw?

I don't do bodybuilding, don't care much about the size of my biceps or my body fat percentage, my goal is to get as strong as humanly (and naturally) possible plus I love lifting itself. I mostly perform typical strongman and power lifting exercises.
Severe depression, addiction and lack of goals in my life is what got me into actual lifting.

Trying to get into the USMC.

Ambitious, I like that, good luck. I only served 6 months in my country's NBC corps, I was so glad when I could leave. Receiving orders and yelling is not for me but I respect those who want to be a part of the armed forces!

Probably closer to 164

nearly being choked to death(umbilical cord) doesn't help.

I had that same issue when I was born, came out completely blue.  Might explain a few things.

I have fairly thick legs though.  Probably from playing hockey for 16 years and rugby for 8 and various other sports. However, they won't tone for ****.
