Ooh!  new pictures.  Good work team!

Now someone peer pressure Recon into posting one, because I'm not making any headway there.

I saw a couple of girls at a poolee event do 18 and 19 respectively.

And at that point I felt even more worthless than I usually do.

I can do zero unaided.  I don't even feel bad about myself.

English Language... can't get used to it when there is no "the" in our language. In English unlike most Indo-European languages only it/he/she get the 's' after verbs or can you English people just don't use it at all! Plus it's mixed with plural 's'!

Don't forget the possessive s too!

Spastic diplegia. When I try to do them my legs start to shake a bit making it a bit of a struggle to work em. Overcome the obstacles regardless.

Speaking of different size calves, my left is behind my right. I'm working on trying to even them out.

Different size calves you say?

I just came out of my cast after surgery.  Totally non-weight bearing for 6 weeks.  This doesn't even do it justice, terrible angle.  The left one just hung from my shin like an 89 year old woman's upper arm.  They're back to normal now.  But for a month or so wearing knee high boots was just out of the question.

Well, fine.

You're kipping a little bit with your lower half. While fine, this takes away some of the effort that is being put on your upper half. Keep your legs crossed as they are but also try to keep them straight without kipping them forward. It'll increase difficulty but the rewards will be felt. I know as I did that a bunch and its a habit that can be worked out for more gains.

However, they won't tone for ****.

I have the opposite problem;I'm lean to the point where I've got visible muscle curvature wherever you want to see it but not the mass to go along with it. I'm trying to put on weight but I've got a crazy fast metabolism that aims to keep me grounded.

I'm in the middle of cleaning it, so it's more of moving things elsewhere then shoving them somewhere else again.

Hah, tidiness. I haz none. If I can have something stay the same for a long time and get comfortable with it, I'll do it.

I haven't tied my shoes in years, I just slip them on because I can.

Holy crap, I need a new computer. Preferably the 5960x with the juicy octo-core.

959 GB for one video? Sure it's uncompressed and once I'm done with it in Handbrake, it'll be a reasonable size. But goddamn. That will take ages to render.

Gigantic *.avi videos taken by Fraps?

Every 10 second of it is 160MB! It has the highest quality as good as the best of mkv and mp4, but with nonsensical size.

lol, this is why with Fraps i record at half size and at 20fps, you want 1080p 60fps? well **** you

NO! on 30fps. But I haven't been curious enough to use 'half size'...

It's that age old space complexity problem. Taking a screenshot of your pixels in your resolution for 30 or times depending on the program fps while maintaining the quality would probably use up a lot. Let's not forget there isn't any interpolation of any kind as far as I'm concerned.

When things are rendered in real time, pixels are drawn and sent to a buffer in the direct x pipeline known as the frame buffer. Frame buffer contains the next frame to draw and fraps attaches itself to this process and dumps the content of thr frame buffer to a file. If you have a process using a frame buffer of the 3GB (depending on the compression scheme attached ) fraps wit out any type of compression could be taking 3GB x 60 frames.

However, I think there is a compression scheme that should mimimize that 3GB to probably something in the 200s to 300s.

Graphical pipelines are an interesting topic

Ha bye Felicia. My workouts aren't really varied because I lack the space and equipment. I definitely want to start doing pull ups to make sure I can actually lift my own bodyweight.

I don't lack space but I do lack equipment. Many workouts I cannot perform because I workout at home and not at a gym. There just happens to be a bench in the basement so thats where I do my dumbbell bench presses but without it I'd have to work around it.

Its why I appreciate bodyweight exercises so much;they work a ton of elements without needing equipment that costs money or takes up a lot of space.

Xbox Fitness helps as well;If an Xbox One is around and there's enough space in the room, those workouts do some positive damage to the right body parts to get things going.

When I had that earlier conversation with my stepfather helping him out, my mother came up behind me and started playing with my hair.

This happened.
