Are you serious? I thought rating is dead! Everytime I rate something with the precision of 0.25 I think some people are loling at me... and your precision is 0.1.
 


Haha oh no. I always use a precision of 0.1, much more accurate and expressive. The 0.5 scale is too extreme, it's basically bad,average or perfect which even though attached to a whole number is just a waste of perfectly good measurements.

What were you expecting? You guys are talking about a bunch of sweaty half naked men with sometimes very questionable intellect hugging and slapping each other till they either fake losing their consciousnesses or die from steroid abuse at the age of 40 (no fake).

Brock should have stayed in UFC. Then he would be getting paid millions to lose to people under the age where Metamucil is a suggested part of their daily diet.

Undertaker is old, though.

 

Taker's a legend. What else is he gonna do? Besides, even at 50 he proved last night that he can still go. He's not gonna be flying around doing a suicide dive but he's still able to be part of a good match.

 

Its not about hitting a million moves a match, its about making those moves count. He can still do that with all his decades of experience.

As for myself, I just did dumbbell flyes and am realizing that I REALLY need to figure out how to get my innermost chest working harder as right now its lagging behind my more muscled outer chest.

 

I know one thing- NO WAY IN BLOODY HELL AM I GONNA DO SETH ROLLINS' WORKOUT ROUTINE. F THAT.

Weighted brah brah. 315 for 5 reps(thats pounds not kg). Then front squats 135 for 8, which I hate even more then low bar. I dont mind leg day, but I hate squatting. Good news is after those sets no more squatting for the rest of the week! 

 

As for your chest, you can try cable flys if you have access to that. Or bench more, the bench will build your whole chest.

No access to cables for a cable cross over or flye so basically its gonna be bench, bench, and more bench. If only it were possible to isolate the inner chest;unfortunately its not. With chest its all or nothing, hahaha.

 

And good luck with your weighted squats. Because of spastic diplegia I don't touch weighted squats, deadlifts, or anything of that nature. I try to make the most out of light weights and bodyweight. Comes in handy given I'm an ectomorph. /phew

I see, its not a huge deal man, I know plenty of guys who have their entire chest routine based on nothing but bench variations. 

 

Try adding floor pressing with a barbell. Takes your shoulders out of the lift for a bit more chest engagement. You might see better results. 

 

And thats unfortunate about your condition, honestly your not missing out much. I deadlift and squat because I have to not because I enjoy it. If I had an excuse not to do them I could probably see similar growth with safer motions.

No barbell, hahaha. I've got a bench fit only for incline and flat, a pull up bar, and dumbbells. My declines are awkward but I try to make them work, pull ups are fine, and I do various dumbbell variations because I've got to make the most with what I have.
