As for myself, I just did dumbbell flyes and am realizing that I REALLY need to figure out how to get my innermost chest working harder as right now its lagging behind my more muscled outer chest.

As for myself, I just did dumbbell flyes and am realizing that I REALLY need to figure out how to get my innermost chest working harder as right now its lagging behind my more muscled outer chest.
Weighted brah brah. 315 for 5 reps(thats pounds not kg). Then front squats 135 for 8, which I hate even more then low bar. I dont mind leg day, but I hate squatting. Good news is after those sets no more squatting for the rest of the week!
As for your chest, you can try cable flys if you have access to that. Or bench more, the bench will build your whole chest.

No access to cables for a cable cross over or flye so basically its gonna be bench, bench, and more bench. If only it were possible to isolate the inner chest;unfortunately its not. With chest its all or nothing, hahaha.

I see, its not a huge deal man, I know plenty of guys who have their entire chest routine based on nothing but bench variations.
Try adding floor pressing with a barbell. Takes your shoulders out of the lift for a bit more chest engagement. You might see better results.
And thats unfortunate about your condition, honestly your not missing out much. I deadlift and squat because I have to not because I enjoy it. If I had an excuse not to do them I could probably see similar growth with safer motions.

No barbell, hahaha. I've got a bench fit only for incline and flat, a pull up bar, and dumbbells. My declines are awkward but I try to make them work, pull ups are fine, and I do various dumbbell variations because I've got to make the most with what I have.
