It's slowed down a bit. I did a tic tac toe program (it isn't user friendly; you have to enter your moves by first specifying the row and then the column that you want to put your X or O in), and a program that runs the simple ROT 13 cipher on short messages that you enter, but teaching stuff has taken over a bit in recent weeks. I'm just about to get to pointers, so hopefully that goes well.

 

What books would you recommend? I have Al Stevens' Teach Yourself C++, but I found that book way too tough for someone who has no prior programming experience at all. I've also been consulting some Youtube videos and using the tutorials on cplusplus.com.

cplusplus.com is a good website. 

 

After you are done with the teach yourself C++ I would recommend.

There's nowhere you can do it that people can see. It's either side of the freeway or down in the gulley.

Close, it's the Land of 10,000 Lakes.  But mosquito control is fairly good about spraying areas to keep the population down, at least in my area.

I've always wanted to devise a BSN road trip tbh. I prefer to go to BSNers instead of them coming to my city. I don't know what to do around in my area, there's already so much so I'm just like "That's that building." "Oh and Katrina took that but they rebuilt it."or "Fuuuck I hate this red light, sh*t takes forever." I had 2 BSNers visit my city though, one of them left, but the other is still around. I have yet to met another BSNer that's a Mississippian though.

 

Also, I once had a guy in my platoon that was from Minnesota. He talked kinda weird though. It was like, "I'm frum Minneesooooota." o:<
