Actually arian, the "wing" part refers to a cut of meat that is inside the buffalo(so you cant see it), it is the juiciest and most tender part tbh.

My ex was Vietnamese and his mom made some of the best Pho I've ever eaten. I miss it.

Anglo-Indian (or -Pakistani or -Bangladeshi) is probably my favourite. Can't beat a nice hot vindaloo. Though the fiery bum the next morning isn't so entertaining.

Greek yogurt really helps tenderize it tbh. Then I just get the grill pretty got and sear it for a few seconds on each side. Too many people over cook lamb thus it tastes like shoe leather. All I had was that lamb that night. Didn't care much for veggies that time lol.
