Greetings, I've notice that a lot of other players move very rapidly.

They traverse areas much faster than my character without any sort of lag.

How is this achieved? Gear, passives? Do tell!

Multiplayer has a sprint function. On consoles this is done by clicking the left thumb stick, and PC I think it's... B or V?

Also Stealth on the Assassin, Alchemist, and Hunter improves speed further.

Ah ok. Yeah the mouse control was so bad I use a controller, so I couldn't remember.

I tried switching to controller but got quickly annoyed using menus with it + can't target the **** you want, sucks especially when playing archer :/

Oh yeah, controller is by far no where near perfect (I have a Logitech G13 for a reason), but the mouse cursor not being locked to camera movement (a standard for action-oriented combat) makes it so I can't even hit what I don't want, much less what I do... Lol

I just hold down my RMB to move the camera and when I want to target something I right click it after releasing the RMB. It's far from optimal, but it works. The game was made for consoles by console players who can't even into PC controls and have to use a controller for that as well. It's kinda sad when you think about it.

Yes it is... It drives me crazy having to use a controller (line I said, I really love that G13).

On a good note: I do get to sit back in my chair and kick my feet up on my desk with a controller, so there's that?

Ye I still use controller when I play from sofa with tv as monitor, 4k res looks pretty neat but have to drop MSAA totally to keep the framerates smooth on a single 980

Both have their ups and downs but I generally still prefer the mouse precision

Wish there was some way to change or at least see the keybindings in multiplayer, especially that one. You'd never think to try the shift key since you only use that one on horseback to charge. I guess it kinda makes sense in that both cases increase speed... but its still a leap.

The game doesn't even tell you how to open doors etc unlike on consoles. Sure its right-click like in singleplayer but the magical barriers kinda confused me at first since they work differently in singleplayer.
