*Problem Import Save Game ME1 to ME2 Solved*
1-in mass effect 2's directory : in SAVE folder make ME1 folder------> E:\\Mass Effect 2\\Save\\ME1
2-copy and paste all save game's mass effect 1 into ME1 folder------> example: Char_01-45-2-1-0-14-3-2010-23-7.MassEffectSave and .....
3-RUN mass effect 2 game
5-New Game and ....

OK... if you are using steam which i think is behind a lot of us having problems do this:
(this is for windows 7 users)
You need to start the config tool manually. You cannot start it through steam so find it in:
...steam/steamapps/common/masseffect2/masseffect2launcher
Next, you open the config tool called "configure" and select the button on the left side called "save games".
It asks you to copy mass effect 1 saved games. Click the button and direct it to:
Documents/bioware/masseffect/save
You wont hear a beep or a sound or really recieve any sort of notification that it worked. Exit the config tool and SAVE your changes when it asks.
Launch the game and you profile will be ready to select.
