I know. My cousin's rent at Roosevelt Island is $3200 per month, I think. North Jersey isn't that different. A good 1-bedroom apartment in a complex can cost you $2000 per month. Some buildings are cheaper, though they are older. Fort Lee is still a good starting point. It's just across the GWB.

South Jersey's all right. But, that's different from the City. The Philadelphia area just doesn't compare. The cheesesteaks are good, though.

Eh, EVERYONE enjoys food. I don't think there needs to be a term for it besides "human".
I usually attribute "foodie" to people that go out of their way to try new foods(positive), or the snobs that think they're top *expletive* because of their past consumptions(negative).
I think everyone here has proven that we can talk about food all day. I'm surprised this thing stuck around. Took on a life of its own.
