Got the staff, but I can only fill the rune slot. Is this working as intended and the 2 other slots are just some sort of bug, or is bug the fact i can't fill these slots?

I have had alot of staffs only have rune spots i think because they already have certain stats on them already. Also miclotov check out the new and improved thread thanks for the help btw.

Yeah it's bugged. Happened to me shortly after release I tried to add a grip and my dps dropped by 15 and the item level to 15 as well. Apparently according to bioware servers it's only supposed to have a rune slot according to a BWE in a previous thread.Got the staff, but I can only fill the rune slot.
