The entire DA Inquisition is one giant work place harassment.

I actually kind of like the Josephine romance. I didn't like initially because she was all disney princess, but her romance fit my big strong templar s&s dude who I tried making look like Shemar Moore. Josephine is great with words, but I feel like in thedas that isn't always good enough, sometimes you need big muscles to back those words up. 

 

Also I think harassment is unwarranted and unwanted attention of one party to another. It doesn't have to come from someone in power, but it's even worse in that situation. Though I doubt Sera would approve of the flirting with Harding if it was harassment.

You might want to read the real definition of sexual harassment at least once. Sexual Harassment is the making of UNWANTED sexual advances and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature.
