So i am thinking of making a DW Tempest Rogue that uses Tier 3 thousand cuts a lot. I know there are several rings and belts and even amulets i believe that allow for quicker Focus generation. However, do these abilities stack very well and what fade touched masterwork can i use to generate focus.
The reason i ask about the stacking is because i have noticed that using items like Enhanced Rings of Critical damage do not stack like you would expect. The first ring adds the 10% damage, but the second ring does not add the full 10%, more like only 3%.
Does this same thing occur when using Focus items? The whole concept is to, again, have a DW Tempest rogue that can almost spam Thousand cuts. I understand there may be better builds, but would this concept work?
