Hi!

Same here. Can't log into the Cerberus Network. Whats the point of downloading and installing the extra content if you can't even use it?

Might as well made the download and installation in game after a successful logon......

Same issue. Damn EA and their crap servers.

Ditto, can't connect... If EA gets any input on the server setup for The Old Republic that could be an "epic" launch.

Same problem. I thought DRM was supposed to make the pirates' lives difficult, not the customers.

I wonder if you need some ports open on your firewall to make it work?

Scratch my last comment, there doesn't appear to be any update service that needs to be installed like Dragon Age did. At least not as far as I can see in comparison to the Dragon Age installation. I guess their servers are just overloaded.

I can't play the game because of this.  Needs to be fixed immediately.  AND NEVER USED AGAIN!  Just use steam dummies.

Even the DLC content website from the Launcher is crawling. They should have anticipated this load in advance. I hope this doesn't last all day long.

Also I recall that with DragonAge it created an update service in order for the DLC to authenticate. I'm not seeing a new service creation with my Steam installation. Perhaps we need to determine if it needs to install a new service in order to connect and authenticate to the DLC servers?

Correct. I opened the ports for DA:O when it first came out and I did not run into any EA connection issues. I can say the same for ME2; everything worked right the first time.

This is awesome. I just noticed that all of the dlc is out there on certain sites, with a crack to make it work for non-paying customers.. and here we sit, waiting for someone to fix something that shouldn't be broken.

This is complete bull. I always feel ripped off as a true customer when pirate were playing this game BEFORE release date. Maybe a bomb threat would speed things up?

I can confirm this as well. I can start a new game fine but I don't think I can add the DLC later can I?

I ran Wireshark to see what was up with the modem lights. My computer is talking to 159.153.109.173, which is an Electronic Arts IP address. This issue is all down to EA's servers not handling the load. Cerebus is not up to the task, it seems.
