Same crap i'm getting.sth128 wrote...
I redeemed the CN code on Bioware site, but when I log in within the game menu, it asks for me to redeem (which shows "code used") or purchase (which I have already bloody done)...
Blood Dragon Armor and Collector Armor work fine though. Not sure what I'm missing with the CN thing...

If this isn't fixed by tomorrow morning I'm returning the game. This is one of the rare occasions where a game looked so good I bought it even though it's from my most hated company, and clearly I made a mistake.

On the steam version I added the launch option of "-nomovies" and that worked.

Just skip the cerberus and play away.
Also, I was able to import my character CTA. Just followed the directions from the log-in screen (down at bottom when you first open ME2.

Same Problem I have entered my CN Code and download and install all the DLC and armor for this game and I get stuck at Please Wait Screen.
I can play Mass Effect 2 but I don't have my DLC's that I want to play with....EA SUCKS WHEN IT COMES TO SERVERS.

There's no excuse for making a game, promoting pre-ordering/release date purchases/collectors editions with exclusive content (paid for and otherwise) locked to online services then failing to make the online services available when the game is released.
Overloaded is not valid either - everybody knows, including Bioware/EA (I blame mainly EA here) from experience that release days have heavy loads and should have planned accordingly.
With a game like ME2, what am I going to do? Start a game play for a day or two before services become available then start over so my content (some include game play, not just items because they're meaningless) will be available?
