I really would like to change some things about my characters face, which was drastically different in the initial character creation. Does anyone know if this option will be added sooner rather than later?
Anyone know when/if they will add a character editor?

It was released with the game. It's what you got if you bought new rather than used.

It was day1 dlc, included in every new copy, but also available if you bought the game used for a couple of monies.
But they are working on a character editor like the black mirror, according to twitter anyway.
