I understand that I shouldn't have done this, in a way, but I had no other choice.

I was recently banned on another account for 1 day (it was due to expire @ 11:15am today).

However, I still have 0 access to the bioware website (in any form, even www.bioware.com redirects to the "banned" page)with said account.

I can provide account details upon request, but am unsure if you would need username or email...
