Even if they do not allow protagonist procreation. I would love to see a scenario where there is a half spirit/demon half human character. If they can't do a dread wolf baby why not have Cole have a child with a living person. Imagine how powerful it could be.

There is a game called The Sims, you can create your Lavellan and Solas there. Make them try for a baby and your wish will be granted.

No, it will never happen, because based on past track record, the writers have no interest in creating ANOTHER optional baby with huge plot implications. They scrambled like mad to weasel out of the OGB, which they finally did.

You have a better chance of wishing for a normal kid with your LI. (I don't think that's gonna happen either, but still, a better chance.

God, I hope not. I'm not sure the idea of having a kid to get back at Solas is a healthy one.

LOL

My Lavellan loved Solas, the insinuations that it was payback was me joking! I don't condone entrapping an Elven god.  :D

I for one will stick with my Lesbians and Gay dudes.

Too much baby drama from the Warden alone. I mean, first the lady runs off with his kid, and then it takes ****** years to track her down, and THEN he has to go through some crazy elf mirror just to be with her and their son?

And THEN after all that bullshit, she decides "You know what, this isn't cutting it for me" and joins the ****** Orlesian Court, all while he's trudging around looking for a cure for his terminal illness no less, and then while THAT'S happening her ****** of a mom shows up and does crazy magic **** to his kid. Oh, and not to mention that somehow, she became her mom's literal slave after drinking some water, and now all of her actions will now be influenced through her will. You know, the will of the person that he up and up murdered for her? She's totally not going to be bitter about that.

Yeah no. All my characters are now gay. One baby was enough, thanks.

*disgusted noises* no, my Inquisitors has much better things to do than look after a child. I would think she would be smart enough to take steps to prevent that from happening.

There have been plants used for contraceptive and abortive properties in real life. In a fantasy world like dragon age there is probably an effective birth control concoction around somewhere.

Is there any indication to where the warden is, speaking of babies and all?

I've spoken to Morrigan but she just says he completely out the picture, did she kill him?

OP; this is an interesting idea, but I think it shouldn't happen. It was interesting with Morrigan, but that went nowhere in the end. I wouldn't want yet another optional child with great plot potential to end up irrelevant because anything else would inevitably ****** off someone. I can't really blame Bioware for doing nothing with Kieran - likely, given the way Bioware's stories about such things usually go lately, had they done anything significant with him I'd have ended up in the pissed-off group - but better not start another one.

Not dead. You can contact him in a war table mission. He's "somewhere else" to look for a cure for the Calling. I am, in fact, extremely delighted with this since it matches what I wanted him to do perfectly.

Oh really nice, thanks for that. Done two playthroughs and never came across.

Wonder what happened with him and Morrigan then.

She tells you. They're still together they just have their own things to do. I like that, in fact. They're larger-than-life epic characters, and they each have their own story, it would not be fitting for them to be always together, or even worse, stuck somewhere doing nothing else but raise their child. I really like the way she says "It's less domestic than you might imagine". LOL, it is that, and very appropriately so.

It really pays to return to her for more conversation one or two times. Just saying.

Normally I hate forcing babies on heroes. She's too damned busy for diapers! Now I have to re-roll my dwarf, however, because the idea of a horned dwarf baby is dancing around in my head, begging to be canon. :D

Why would she have to change diapers? That's what maids are for. In fact that's what maids actually were for.

I like when my characters have children. That just feels like the natural progression and end of the character's story. They aren't going to remain an adventurer forever. Eventually they are going to want to settle down and live a more peaceful life. And passing on their wisdom and love to the next generation is a much more fitting end than pointlessly dying in the Deep Roads.

Seems too exclusionary to end up having any major impact.

Plus I don't think a spirit/demon can have children with a physical person and we still don't really know for sure if Morrigan is actually biologically related to Flemeth even if Solas was once an actual person.

I think there's a 0% chance of Bioware ever making you into a single mother without your choice...

I'm not against there being an OPTION in the future to have a child, as long as it is optional. Male characters got one at the end of Origins, so this would make it fair.

Pretty much this^

I think it should be an OPTION because: male-characters got the chance to have one in Origins. It could all happen off screen, and  stuff. That's pretty much the only reason I think it should happen, so that it's fair.

Killing the fun hypothetical by saying it is confirmed Solas/Levallen dirty is supposed to be ambiguous so the player can 'choose' what makes them comfortable/squee. Thus, they both have, and have never, actually slept together. Unless they want a virgin birth, that's a def No.

My female Adaar should be able to make babies with Sera.... physically.

I mean, if Morrigan and female warden can do it, why can't I?

If you romanced Solas and there was the implication of sex as a side benefit going on....any chances of a Dread Lavellan Baby? Imagine Solas leaving you with a gift at the end, jokes on the Trickster huh! lol

No.

My warden wouldn't mind babies with Cullen. :D

[Edit] That was supposed to be my Inky not my Warden. Although in saying that... either really. :D
