Hmm, the BSN does like having babies. Blue babies; elf babies; old god babies.

My goodness.

I'm sure the baby will have its mother's eyes ...and its father's hair.

Morrigan would help the Inquisitor track him down using Eluvians to hand him his Child Support papers.

I'm paying for that DLC lol

Killing the fun hypothetical by saying it is confirmed Solas/Levallen dirty is supposed to be ambiguous so the player can 'choose' what makes them comfortable/squee. Thus, they both have, and have never, actually slept together. Unless they want a virgin birth, that's a def No.

LOL, Yea....I stated in my original comment...IF.....the Lady Inquisitor L...chose  the option to be Solas that way.... ;) No immaculate conceptions here!

Even if they do not allow protagonist procreation. I would love to see a scenario where there is a half spirit/demon half human character. If they can't do a dread wolf baby why not have Cole have a child with a living person. Imagine how powerful it could be.

I agree :) LOL Probably will never happen, but I had to put the idea out there to be debated!  :D

Sure! Why not?

One caveat though, since Solas' Fen'Harel is said to be a trickster, the child will have to come out in the style of Loki's kids. (Aka: Monsters)

Personally, I would definitely try and roll Hel on that one.

It's such a trickster thing to do: "Don't worry, babe, I'm using protection. We're safe."  Three months later, Dread Solas is long gone and Lavellan starts to feel sick in the mornings.

That said, probably not. The game would have given the player some indication like they did with the Dark Ritual.

Actually, dread Lavellan babies are not a bad idea at all. Maybe Solas doesn't need to release the other Elven Gods to get more Elven Gods around, just raise his children........assuming the children are like Kieran not Morrigan.

I'm kind of up for this, if it's possible, just for the fact that if Solas ends up DYING REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU DO then Lavellan has his baby to remember him/carry on his spirit.  Plus, it's bittersweet and then the Lavellan baby girl can marry Kieran when they grow up and unleash a golden age... or something terrible D:

The problem here is the same as with Morrigan's god baby: It's purely optional... What about those who don't play elves or romance Solas ?

Then you don't have the baby :3  Just like with Morrigan.

I think there's a 0% chance of Bioware ever making you into a single mother without your choice...

I'm not against there being an OPTION in the future to have a child, as long as it is optional. Male characters got one at the end of Origins, so this would make it fair.

Dwarf male PC can potentially end Origins with 2 brats running around Thedas.

If they do something like this for female PCs, it should be optional and offscreen. It's not something that appeals to me, but depending on the circumstances, I might roleplay it. Would have to see.

Except for the hair. Solas was already prematurely bald before he was an eight month old fetus.

That looks like an elf as in one of the elves that live at the north pole as opposed to a Tolkienesque elf.

Nope. Depending on the day, I don't even think he and my Lavellan actually got up to anything. And when I think they did...well she's growing that Witherstalk in the garden for a reason. ;)

Wait, Witherstalk can be used for... that...?

My female Adaar should be able to make babies with Sera.... physically.

I mean, if Morrigan and female warden can do it, why can't I?

Wait, wait, wait... what?

How? :D

Now that would be epic. So would a Bull Elf baby if you romance Iron Bull with a Dalish female quizzy. An elf with hors would be awsome looking but, if it can happen I want to play the hybrid.

I don't think that Qunari and elves can procreate.

But Solas and a femQuisitor totally could.

LOL, this is a funny idea.

The only thing holding me back from wholeheartedly supporting your suggestion is that my Grey Warden did the ritual with Morrigan.  Then I met Keiran.  Meeting Keiran turned me off the idea of having children ever.  That boy just ain't right.

What isn't right with him? I thought he was a well behaved boy.

If you want to talk about children that just weren't right and would actually turn you off from having children, then you need to point to Sandal.
