Jebus H Christ.  Why did EA have to make this so bloody complicated?  I admit most people including me ****ed up with the code redemption but Dragon Age had the better system of actually choosing the email you wanted to login with.  That way we were able to know which e-mail we were redeeming the codes for and such.

Instead, they automatically log you in with your gamer tag info which only works if you redeemed codes on the EA account that is linked to your gamer tag.  Then they don't even give you the option of removing a persona/transfering it to a different EA account.  Thanks EA.  You know, the Xbox live marketplace is there for a reason.  Why do we have to go through all this extra BS when we have a perfectly good medium to accesss DLC?

We need some serious unification.  BioWare I love you.  I know this ain't your fault.  And yes I know there are many of these topics but I seriously had to vent while I'm hold with  bloody EA tech support.

WE NEED UNIFICATION.  NOT SEPERATION.

Why I don't have these problems yet, I agree with the sentiment that there is really no reason to make this more complicated than any other DLC.

All but my Blood Dragon Armor is there, this is what happens when you have one code for 2 different titles for 2 separate DLC's.

Its weird how I didnt have to put any info in. As soon as I put in the game I was already logged into my ea account. Guess because of DA

I 've had the EA account link deal with my GT since like Tiger 06 I think maybe 07, that's why I'm confused about my Blood Dragon armor not showing up, it wouldnt be that big of a deal if it didnt feel like my encouragement to get DA:O was due to not only looking like a decent RPG from one of my fav devs, but that it had something for ME2 as well. So I feel like well that was a great purchase(sarcasticly). Not knocking DA but with all the probs I've had with it on 360, other than the ME2 content and it's potential when DA finally gets an "actual" patch, I'd have rented rather than purchased.

i completely agree. This is hella complicated. I have to make TWO new accounts (EA and Cerberus) for this simple download in addition to using an xbox live account to acess the internet on my xbox. This is completely nonsensical. Downloading straight from Xbox live marketplace would've been the easiest thing in the world. And this whole system CLEARLY wasn't prepared for the amount of traffic it is receiving. How frustrating.

I agree. This is ridiculous. I now have DLC linked to an account that has no gamertag attached to it. I used my XBOX Live email address, only to find out it was another one. Thanks EA.

Was on hold for two hours. Decided it wasn't worth it...for now. I have the chat support up while I'm playing ME2. Although I keep getting kicked from the queue, I'll keep checking every half hour or so to see if I can get through to someone. ANYONE! LoL

This whole thing is laughable, really. This whole fiasco has somewhat tarnished wat sohuld've been a really enjoyable day. Although so far Mass Effect 2 is kicking ass! It would've been so much sweeter if I didn't have to go through all this today.

Yea I was on hold as well for 2 hrs...gave up...called Microsoft to make sure all the account info was right. Still no Cerb...no armor...no support from this place. At least I have a place to vent.
