I have a graphical issue and have tried to uninstall, playing in windowed under different resolutions, changing settings even contacted the ea help site and no go, the fix they suggested was to change my power management to prefer maximum performance on the nvidia control panel and no its not my hardware i can run the game just fine and other games i play are fine.  https://31.media.tum...86pvo1_1280.png

I had the exact same issue last night, and the solution was really simple in the end. Go to your graphics settings. There should be a slider going from 0 to 100, that adjusts resolution. It should be set to 100. Mine was at 25, so the game looked exactly like yours does now. For me, this happened due to nvidia experience setting the game to "optimal" settings.
