I was wondering if anyone happens to have a list of important valuables that will be used for future quests? I realize that I'm hoarding items that's severely impacting my 90 item requirements due to the fact I'm incapable of storing because Bioware forgot to give us a storage to house our items.
A list of safe-to-sell valuables

Everything except for research items AFAIK.
Edit: Except Fereldan medals for requisitions. And possibility the crafting components needed for the specialisations.

As mentioned above, Fereldan medals are used for inquisitions. Also spider ichor is used for requisitions in Storm Coast but their icon doesn't show as the yellow research icon. And there is a requisition that takes 4 or 5 dwarven items and they won't have the yellow icon by them so it's easy to think that there is no reason to keep them around.

Just for completeness the drawen items are in the Hissing Wastes. Thanks for the reminder.

I made a similar thread a while ago but abandoned it. Now that I've finished the game I can safely say you can sell everything after you've cleared out your research items. Everything else is only for Inquisition requisitions and those aren't worth doing. I don't think any specialisation items end up in valuables. The safest thing to do would be to look up a wiki for that spec and play-through and sell everything else. It's totally pointless holding on to anything.
