I need to find 3, found 2 in Exalted Plains(I know there is a 3rd one there, can't get to it right now though) so I was just thinking maybe I can find one elsewhere, like perhaps in the Hinderlands since there are some Venatori there. I saved before I fought a group of them, and keep reloading in hopes that at some point they will drop one. No luck yet, so just wondering if it is pointless and if there is no chance of anyone but the ones in the Exalted Plains ever dropping them.

Yes, you can get the Venatori tomes (or any other specialization item) from elsewhere, provided the opponent is of the correct type. The drop chances are fairly low, however. The specified locations are guaranteed to drop the items.
