There is no way to get rid of her once she is recruited....And she is must if you are trying to romance Sera in the game...You need her to see all Sera romance scenes

No, she's just trying to get you to notice she's silently recommending herself throughout that whole conversation without her just coming out and *saying* it. She's playing the Game. However, if you pick Cassandra she's genuinely okay with that as well because mostly she just doesn't want Leliana to be divine.

The roleplay reasons definitely make sense, so I don't disagree with your choice. I'd probably leave several characters behind realistically.
I hate Leliana with a fiery passion, could never leave her behind. Killed her once though. That was fun, lololol.

Oh, I can definitely see it working. Just not in my frame of mind for now. Maybe never. But I know he has his niche. 
I like him for the bro factor. He's a pretty cool drinking buddy, and in my fanfictions he's really jealous that Cass was interested in me, not him lol 
Not really jealous, but he pretends to be for laughs. I never got the sense that he thought that would ever go anywhere.

Considering how she owned her by becoming Grand Enchanter when Vivienne was also a candidate I think there is nothing Vivienne can do to get even with her. Perhaps another life.

She is not even officially a first enchanter. As the war began when she was about the assume the post.
