I accidentally choose to be on side with Jack after Jack/Miranda loyalty mission! Is it possible to break up with Jack and start focusing on Miranda? There are two things I have problem with Jack is her attitude and her reckless behavior. If can't, how do I convince Jack to act mature and calm down a lot more? The romance option is hard and complicated. But it good that you have to solve other's relationship like a win-win solution. 
How do i break up with Jack and start relationship with Miranda?

Breaking up with Jack is easy. Just go down and talk with her and there should be an option to call it off. You can serially romance several LIs after the SM by romancing one, then breaking up with them and then romancing the next.
The tricky part will be Miranda. Did you already start down the romance path with her? If so, I think you are hosed. If not, then the first thing you are going to need to do is get her loyalty back through a persuade check. Check elsewhere for advise on passing persuade checks. (I'm not even sure you can get her loyalty back with a persuade check. I know you can with Jack, but I'm not sure about Miri.) Once you have her loyalty back, you may be able to start the romance path, but I am not sure.
As to Jack's attitude: she has the most painful romance arc of all of them. Everyone agrees that you are nuts to romance Jack. Ask Liara about it during the cabin invite. Go talk to Kasumi. Hell, even Jack thinks your nuts for pursuing her. But the cabin scene is quite nice. ME3-Citadel DLC is very nice with Jack.

Yes, I make her down because I lost her loyalty. I was completely felt stupid but that's alright and I have to learn from my mistake to Miranda. It's my fault. Thank you.
