I have been unable to get the in game items for the content mentioned above even though I put in the codes for them here. It says I can download them for mac and pc but I have a 360 and it has not allowed me to download them. Any help would be greatful.

I think there are currently problems with them. I have my code put in here, but it was never available for my 360.

Sorry, meant that I have it for the 360. Thanks for the info. I already read the problems about Zaeed. I know Bioware is good with games and EA tends to ***** up the most, so if it's not one it's the other. I can tell the minute I couldn't download it straight from my 360 that there would be a problem.

When you startup Mass Effect 2 it will ask you to log in to the Cerberus Network and asks for your EA account info. After that there will be an option on the bottom of the main menu mentioning new content. The items you redeemed will be in this list.

Yeah, right now MS and EA seem to be in the middle of a pissing contest, the problem is only the consumer is the loser. In all truth do what I did with Dragon Age, wait a day, you miss most of the rush plus the servers tend not to be slow.

Problem I have, each time it loads up, it falters and then crashes. Meaning I can't download the items I used the codes for on here to bring them to my 360. I know Bioware isn't to blame. I'm sure it's EA.

same thing for me i can't download my terminus armor code straight to my 360 but i can for my cerberus network

idk how it works for the 360 but wouldn't it be on the marketplace?

The way they want us to do it they want us to upload the codes on this site, and then download the rest from the marketplace. Okay, fine. If so, I put in the codes and it won't register after I do that. See the problem?

Once you redeem your codes on this website the armor will show up in the "New Content Available" option on the main menu when logged in to the Cerberus Network with the account you used to redeem the codes. I heard that you will have problems if you have multiple EA accounts.

I have a problem with it and I only have one account. As I said, I have it show up, and then it fizzles out. Meaning it wants to recognize me and wants me to be able to download, but then chooses not to.

After I entered the codes for the terminus, collectors and the blood dragon armor it said to restart the game and that you would have an unread message in your personal terminal explaining how to get it..(haven't had a chance to do that yet).. Not sure how much help this is, but it might be worth a shot

same thing is happening to me it says its available for pc and mac but not for my 360
