Problems with customs.

So yeah... happy new year and all that!

 

Now then. Last year I purchased Liara's lithograph from Bioware's store. Some time after that, I received letter from the customs that I need to provide a proof of what I purchased and how much I paid for it. The problem is, I only received proof about new pre-order and about shipment. Neither of which is enough for customs, or so they tell me.

 

So what can I do? Is there a way for the Bioware store to send me a proof of purchase with a value of buy, shipment cost and what was bought?

 

And sorry if this is in the wrong forum, not really sure where else to post it.

On topic though, sounds like something weird with the customs. Did you buy it with PayPal? As I recall there is a way to print the purchase information from there

I checked my mail and seems like I used the credit card to pay directly through Bioware's store. So sadly, no to paypal.

 

Good thinking though. For a second there, I was already afraid I overlooked something obvious.

You should be able to get a list of transactions made with your credit card from the bank. Maybe that'll work?

It's a start :) Thanks for the idea, I'll look it up. Still, might contact somebody at the store and have them look my receipt up, should be there somewhere.
