Favorite TV series to marathon

This is a no brainer for me. Last year I marathoned (if that's the word) Supernatural with my sister, whole 9 seasons. Now, we did have a break. First two months first five seasons, then season 6 was so much worse that we needed time to actually get into it and actually started watching it couple of months later, then we marathoned seasons 6-9 in a couple of weeks too. It really is good, characters are not likeable, but lovable, some are stupid but good chance is they die off soon, but the main cast is phenomenal. Season 10 is coming after a holiday break on 20th january, and they have season 11 confirmed. All in all, you need to see it.  :wub:

The Shield. Nothing else is close, not even The Wire or Xfiles. The Shield is the greatest tv series of all time.

Veronica Mars. The story is great with neo-noir elements and the wit in the dialogue is top notch

The wire and game of thrones? Not on netflix. I did watch all of the other shows on netflix Canada.

 

The tv show library differs from region to region.

I have you to blame for binge watching that show! (Not really).

 

I had been meaning to watch it for quite some time now, but never got around to it. I'm starting to regret I did only because I wish the rest of the seasons had premiered. 

 

I suppose I'll take a look at some of the other shows in this thread eventually.

Somebody else on these forums (forgot his name, I think he died of alcohol poisoning while programming in a dungeon) actually got me into that show. I got hooked almost immediately and watched it straight through.

Yeah. My ranking goes:

 

Season 1>Movie>Season 2>Season 3

 

They went back to what made the series great before the third season, even used the original theme song. The main fault is since it is a movie, many characters including Wallace and Mac didn't get much screentime. The movie does scream fan service but since it was Kickstarted by fans I was okay with it. Also, I thought Weevil should've been the main focus of the movie. His mini story was better than the main story. The main story is pretty much the same thing you saw in the tv show.

 

I could tell you what the main story is about without spoiling the outcome if you want.

imo the show ended when Eddie died. I can't watch the end of season 3 and up.
