So, I see my character from ME1, but everytime I hit import I get the "Mass Effect Stopped Working" error. Any ideas? Thanks.

Actually it crashes if I try to create a new character as well. Wonderful.

Not that anyone is paying attention to this, but I eventually fixed it.
The only thing that worked was to uninstall. Reboot. Resintall as admin, default everything, reboot. Make character/import character both work now.
It was a real mess though. It wasn/t until after about 5 installs that it finally worked. The only thing different I did was reboot between each step. This is on the D2D version.
