The one thing I know about Soldiers is Commando or Shock Trooper. But is it a prestige class? If does, how many levels to get access to prestige class?
Is there any prestige class in ME2?

It isn't like ME1, if that is what you are asking.
As soon as you have enough points to get to rank 4 of Combat Mastery, you get to pick one or the other.
