i bought dragon age origins: digital deluxe edition through steam... when i click view cd key i see 2...one is the game key and other is 20 character redemption code...problem...code isnt working on site... the only thing i did get in registered game promotions was blood dragon armor for ME:2....says code is invalid or what have you....id like to know why my code is constantly repelled even though i paid 65$ for the extra content; which i havent even been able to experience yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to get the bonus armor and weapon for Mass Effect 2. It keeps telling me to log in so, here I am. What next?

Omega, it took me a while but I found the Redeem Code button, its in the Profile section, about 1/2 way down.

Llane, you're entering the code on the http://social.biowar...redeem_code.php page?

Try entering it without dashes. I'm confused how you could be seeing the ME2 Blood Dragon Armor and not having the Dragon Age version as well, though. Its possible that will all the site traffic today due to the ME2 release that its just slow to update.

didn't work...if you read first post... i think i mentioned i did enter code to no avail...what i would like is a little ****in customer service...all they have is a forum where no moderators answer you ...your only option is to email them and hopefully not get a long drawn out explanation of how they cant help you for some stupid reason
