If ME4 reuses musical themes from the trilogy it'd better do it right

...and by "right" I mean, don't just reuse the music. Make your composer re-arrange it so it isn't obviouly out of tone and style with the new soundtrack. I liked that they used TIM's ME2 track in ME3 as well as the Galaxy Map Music from ME1, but ME2 was so awesome when it actually remixed the galaxy map theme with some "ME2 synth" over it and stuff.

I hope we get to hear some classic ME tunes in MENext but I hope they have been rearranged.

ME - Vigil's Theme
ME2 - Suicide Mission
ME3 - An End, Once and For All

They don't need to re-use the themes as such, they've conjured up great anthems in each new game already, I doubt the new one will be any different. The music is probably the element of the trilogy that remained uniformly brilliant throughout.

I thought DA:I was a step up over DA:O and DA2 because it was iconic and occasionally send shivers down my spine. DA:O was good in places, really good in others but it felt too much like a LOTR Wannabe (Yeah, I know The Dawn Will Come from DA:I is like Pippin's Song but whatever) but I hope if Jack Wall and Hulick are not back, that they get someone really good and not Christopher Lennertz or something like that.

True. I love how vigil's theme is used throughout the trilogy. Also an end, once and for all generally made me sad that I had finished it!

For me mass effect doesn't feel like mass effect without the Vigil's theme. its the one score that I most identify with the series.
